Both condo resorts are established and affordable with clean modern facilities. Tradewinds and the Palms are two really nice condo communities adjacent to the village of Sosua that have been very popular among tourists and investors for several years.
TradeWinds is situated on a hill just off the main road in town. You can easily walk to the heart of town in less than 10 minutes. The condos are extremely well maintained and availaible in the $100K Price Range. Tradwinds has 53 apartments and most of them are one bedroom units. Some of the featues include a beautiful pool and lush tropical gardens. Tradewinds provides back up electric power and 24 hour security. Cabarete is only seven miles down the road.
The Palms is located next door to Tradewinds and is a 33 unit condo complex that was originally built as apartments and converted to condominiums in 2004.
The Palms offers 24 hour security, back up electricity, cable TV, pool, community room and laundry area. The Palms is just a 15 minute drive to the international airport in Puerto Plata.
When searching for Sosua real estate the best thing you can do is be armed with knowledge by doing you research before looking at the various communities.
