Las Terrazas A Sosua Real Estate Condo Development…
What about Las Terrazas? Are the prices still in the high $200,000 range? Would you call this property ocean view, beachfront or oceanfront? The local experts refer to Las Terrazas as luxury beachfront & ocean view condos so that’s how I will describe them as well!
I was just out for a walk one day in the village of Sosua and I had always heard about the view from the Waterfront restaurant so I decided to check it out! The view was absolutely amazing and as I looked next to the restaurant there was an empty beach and behind the beach was a road leading to the beach but it was up on a cliff with no access to this beach. On the other side of the road was a condo complex called Las Terrazas! Does anyone know if there is beach access from Las Terrazas?
I walked over to Las Terrazas and talked to a owner of one of the units and he showed me around the complex. Of course I had my camera to take some pictures. The resident told me that there are 15 condos with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. Las Terazas has a pool, jacuzzi, air conditioning, back up generator, Internet, and cable TV! He seemed very pleased with his purchase!
Las Terrazas is located within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town. In fact its in the village between the Casa Marina Reef Resort and the Piergiorgio Palace Hotel. Las Terrazas offers luxury victorian style condominiums. The ocean views are breathtaking and the colorful sunsets from the balcony is a favorite for the condo owners. Las Terrazas has nice tropical landscaping and a private parking lot within the development.
