What do you know about “The Gardens At Lomas Mironas” which is a Sosua real estate community? I have never actually seen The Gardens at Lomas Mironas but I understand that it is a beautiful gated hillside development right in Sosua!

Lomas Mironas is halfway between Sosua and Cabarete on a small hillside very close to the planned golf course at Sea Horse Ranch. Lomas Mironas is just across the street from the five star residential community of Sea Horse Ranch.

According to some information I researched online, Lomas Mironas enjoys the sea breezes, relaxed atmosphere and each lot has breathtaking ocean views! There is 24 hour security and full utility services. They have excellent paved roads, cable TV and easy access to the town of Sosua and Cabarete.

Last I heard lots in the Lomas Mironas community were still available and priced in the $80,000’s range.

Anyone looking for an established condo community like El Neptuno? If you plan to buy a condo in or around Sosua and you’re looking for quality yet affordability you just may be looking for El Neptuno!  I think you can buy a super nice unit in the mid $200,000’s. I have always heard nothing but great things about El Neptuno from owners as well as tourists who return every year to Sosua for a week of memorable accommodations at El Neptuno!

Investors love this place because the excellent and professional reputation of the management. The management system is key to your investment in Sosua because a good management team knows how to utilize a rental program to earn you money on your investment! They know how to attract the tourists and establish a recurring service, keeping the units rented on a weekly basis.

All 18 units are extremely nice and have two bedrooms. The apartments are very spacious and located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood within the village of Sosua. The location is key! They are just a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and pharmacies. There is a pool and for those of you who continue to work there is a  fax machine available in the office. The laundry facilities are conveniently located on the property.

Where exactly is El Neptuno? I hear that a lot! It’s on the same road as the Piergiorgio Palace Hotel and nestled among exclusive single family homes. In fact, El Neptuno is just down the road from Sosua Bay Hotel and the five star Victorian House.

El Neptuno always seem to be very peaceful and quiet and that’s a big advantage and reason for this developments success. It is located within a five minute walk to all the action yet when you’re sitting on your balcony it feels like a tranquil hideaway retreat. I love the location and it really is a place to put on your short list if you’re in the market for a quality condominium in Sosua.

What about Las Terrazas? Are the prices still in the high $200,000 range? Would you call this property ocean view, beachfront or oceanfront? The local experts refer to Las Terrazas as luxury beachfront & ocean view condos so that’s how I will describe them as well!

I was just out for a walk one day in the village of Sosua and I had always heard about the view from the Waterfront restaurant so I decided to check it out! The view was absolutely amazing and as I looked next to the restaurant there was an empty beach and behind the beach was a road leading to the beach but it was up on a cliff with no access to this beach. On the other side of the road was a condo complex called Las Terrazas! Does anyone know if there is beach access from Las Terrazas?

I walked over to Las Terrazas and talked to a owner of one of the units and he showed me around the complex. Of course I had my camera to take some pictures. The resident told me that  there are 15 condos with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. Las Terazas has a pool, jacuzzi, air conditioning, back up generator, Internet, and cable TV! He seemed very pleased with his purchase!

Las Terrazas is located within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town. In fact its in the village between the Casa Marina Reef Resort and the Piergiorgio Palace Hotel. Las Terrazas offers luxury victorian style condominiums. The ocean views are breathtaking and the colorful sunsets from the balcony is a favorite for the condo owners. Las Terrazas has nice tropical landscaping and a private parking lot within the development.
