My name is Randy Bess and I live part time in Sosua. Just in case you are not familiar with the area, Sosua is a small beach village on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. From Miami it takes less than two hours of flying time to arrive at the modern international airport in Puerto Plata, just ten minutes from Sosua.
I’m a real estate broker in the United States and my specialty is real estate Internet marketing for new developments and property investors. I have websites for many of the large Dominican developments including Palmera de Cabarete, Angsana in Samana Bay, Punta Cana Resort, Las Canas in Sosua, Infiniti Blu in Sosua, Ocean Star Estates in Luperon, CostaBlanca in Juan Dolio, Cap Cana and Rocco Ki.
There are so many new developments in the works as well as established communities on the north coast and throughout the island. I have other Dominican real estate blogs that provide information about projects outside of Sosua along with news and resources about investing here.
