What do you know about “The Gardens At Lomas Mironas” which is a Sosua real estate community? I have never actually seen The Gardens at Lomas Mironas but I understand that it is a beautiful gated hillside development right in Sosua!
Lomas Mironas is halfway between Sosua and Cabarete on a small hillside very close to the planned golf course at Sea Horse Ranch. Lomas Mironas is just across the street from the five star residential community of Sea Horse Ranch.
According to some information I researched online, Lomas Mironas enjoys the sea breezes, relaxed atmosphere and each lot has breathtaking ocean views! There is 24 hour security and full utility services. They have excellent paved roads, cable TV and easy access to the town of Sosua and Cabarete.
Last I heard lots in the Lomas Mironas community were still available and priced in the $80,000’s range.
